"The first thing that got my attention was that I was searching for a place with shipping."

My local art store is Hobby Lobby, and they have a limited pallet of 72 colors, so I was looking for a place that had the entire Copic series. and most online art stores had that. however most bigger art stores had like 8 to 10 dollar flat rate shipping through UPS of Fedex. considering that at one time the most I might order is 10 to 20 markers, so less than 100 dollars that art stores require for free shipping. I live in a rural area, I live close to a Post office so I get my mail there, I personally hate how UPS and FedEx just leave packages at the door, where I have had stuff stolen because I was not there, or even the fedex driver does not even knock he just puts it on the door and runs. So for me USPS is the best service for delivery. and 6.00 for basic shipping is fine."

The second thing was that I could purchase individual markers."

Like I mentioned earlier the local Hobby Lobby store carries a limited selection, but however now and then they have 40% off art markers, including copics, which drops the price to most websites, and if possible I shop local. So it is good that I found a store that sell the individual markers and not force me to purchase a package, even a custom package."

The third issue as that of trust."

I rarely purchase stuff off of Amazon's marketplace and Ebay, even if people say that it is NEW and not used does not mean that it is in good quality. in contrast your website is almost exclusively Copic markers, so to me that says that you have to stay at the top of your game, as you do not have other items to balance out bad copic sales."

Fourth and Final is product selection. I wanted one of the empty 36 marker wallets, and the other people were sold out. Another Item I was looking at was the marker paper and you were one of the first sites that had the Copic brand marker paper."

"When I was ready to purchase some ciao Copic markers, I did price research both in-store and online. I analysed not only the cost of the marker, but also tax and shipping and available stock before making my decision as to where to purchase these markers.

Yes, other places "appeared" to be cheaper for the marker, but when I figured in the cost of shipping/handling/tax the individual cost of the marker; icopic won.

The reason I chose your website to order from is because it was so easy to navigate around the website and it just made the whole shopping experience great! "I am an avid scrapbooker and have been for the last 12 years and making cards for the last two. There are always new products coming out on the market and I have seen a lot but the one thing I was not seeing was anything different in markers. I use iCopic markers exclusively for rendering drafted copies of design drawings for Interior Design. I am a student, and tried other markers before settling on the iCopic markers. They offer the range of colours I need, and I like the shape of the nibs. I like that I can purchase refills, which mean that I won’t ever run out of my most commonly used colours in the middle of a large design project.

"I would be happy to share my experience with iCopic as it was such as positive one! I had checked several sites before I saw your advertised on Split Coast Stampers.

I found it easy to order the individual sketch markers. Most site offer only the sets and since I have collected several pens over this last year I was interested only in the individual pens. The one suggestion I would have is to offer a color sheet with all the colors drawn on it to be sent to those of us who want to see the actual colors. Somehow the colors do not come through very well through the internet.

When I could not locate the blank color sheet on which I would draw each color as I ordered pens, I sent a request for one or information on how to obtain one. I was delighted that you not only answered my question but sent the form and told me where to find additional copies.

Service was very quick. I had ordered tape from another company in December and did not receive it until Jan 11th. I received you order within a few days.

I will definitely recommend your web site to other stampers who desire iCopic pens.

I actually went with Icopic.com versus using DickBlick (whom I bought my first Copic markers from) because they make it seem like you are getting a good deal with all the coupons they offer but they make you buy over a 125 dollars worth of markers BEFORE you get any real savings; otherwise, you pay 5 bucks a piece for each marker. I noticed that the prices were a bit cheaper on ICopic and that you get free shipping if you order more than 50 dollars and it really appealed to me. "I keep your email address in my Favorites file because I can get to it quickly when I want to buy more colors. I just love these markers because of all the different shades of, lets say green. Shading s so much fun. I could never do that with other markers. Wish I had all the colors but I do have quite a few. I like them because they can also be refilled although I've never done so yet. I did replace two of my colors but need to get more information on what is needed and how it is done. You have been so helpful to me when I needed to find out what colors of red can be shaded. Reds are hard for me to blend. But you spent at least a half hour one time helping me and I appreciated that very much.

You are very easy to work with. Shipping has always been rather quick. Which is nice because when you want a new color you want it yesterday but you do get them shipped out quickly. I will be back again in the near future so keep up the good work. "
